However, please note that returns for items that are not defective but for which the customer simply changes their mind will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be in new and unused condition. If you wish to initiate a return, you must submit your request within 60 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Responsibility for Returns
WIVINI takes responsibility for return shipping costs when the return is due to manufacturer defects. Importantly, there is no restocking fee associated with returns.
